Manage Reservations

Details:

– Schedule party at least 1 week in advance.

– Submit names and ages of attendees at least one day in advance.

– 16 children guest limit.

THSRC can only host one party per day.

Members can only host three parties per year.

– No parties during any social event, opening and closing weekends, holidays, and other weekends determined too busy to accommodate additional events (at the manager and board’s discretion).

Reminders:

– Members are responsible for cleaning up after themselves or will be assessed a clean-up fee

– Members are responsible for guests at all times.

– Manager on Duty reserves the right to speak to the group regarding club rules and expectations.
